The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio with full entrepreneurial responsibility. • Manage key business aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality standards. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement the brand and quality standards of the fitness group.
