$160,000 - $190,000 + 100% + Equity

An opportunity to lead Retail Media sales within a well-funded AI commerce software business serving enterprise retailers.

The remit is flexible and can suit a senior individual contributor or a hands-on sales leader who wants to stay close to customers and personally win business.

Role

• Lead commercial growth for the Retail Media offering
• Work closely with the CRO to develop the commercial proposition
• Build relationships with senior retail and ecommerce decision-makers
• Personally develop, negotiate and close enterprise opportunities
• Scope to lead a small team of enterprise sellers

Skills & Experience

• Track record of winning enterprise technology business
• Experience in Retail Media, ecommerce SaaS or closely related advertising technology
• Ability to sell a complex product through clear commercial outcomes
• Confidence managing senior customer relationships and enterprise sales cycles
• Hands-on approach to prospecting, negotiation and closing
• People management experience relevant for the leadership remit, but not essential for the IC role
