Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager / Engagement Manager with 10-12 years of experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, understands strategic account management, and is eager to grow into a senior leadership role over time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Support senior client partners in developing account strategies and growth plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client goals
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities, and proactively address challenges
  • Assist in proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Stay informed on industry trends and client business landscapes

 

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of overall experience. Experience in client management, account strategy, or business development
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients across industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and value creation
  • Experience in banking or financial services.
