Home Instead are recruiting for Community Care Workers across the East Renfrewshire area to provide high quality care at home services to the elderly within the local area 

We are looking for individuals to join our care family that are dedicated to treating others how they wish to be treated, kind hearted with a great big smile to brighten everyone's day. 

Your role is to travel throughout the community, visiting the same clients on a weekly basis to provide personal care, domestic assistance and companionship. Build fantastic relationships with clients and families and watch them thrive independently within their own homes. 

NO previous care experience is required, full training and ongoing support is provided to all staff members. 

The Role:  

• Travel throughout the East Renfrewshire area delivering care home services including personal care, domestic tasks and companionship 
• Pay rates of £11.00 per hour + mileage contribution 
• Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week! 
• Minimum 15 minutes travel time between homes 
• Variety of contracts from Part Time to Full Time 
• Progression opportunities into senior positions such as Senior Care Staff, Supervisor, Management & other business area's 
• Free SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification (within first 5 years)

• Due to the nature of the role a drivers licence is essential

Hours of Work: (Please select the best fitted to your lifestyle) 

Minimum of 3 days per week - same days every week for continuity 

*Morning shift: - 7.45am-2.45pm
