Sr. Cloud System Engineer - Hybrid

Hands-on Cloud Engineer supporting secure, scalable AWS GovCloud infrastructure for enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
Works with platform, security, and application teams to automate operations, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the Enterprise Data Platform.

Requirements:

·       Working knowledge of core AWS services: VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Systems Manager.

·       Foundational understanding of AWS networking, security, IAM, IaC/CloudFormation, Git, and CI/CD.

·       Familiarity with cloud monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

·       Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn under senior engineers.

·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. 

Highly valued(Desirable, but not required) knowledge, skills and experience

·       Provision and maintain AWS infrastructure, networking, IAM, monitoring, and logging for EDP environments.

·       Develop and manage IaC using Terraform/CloudFormation and support Git-based CI/CD pipelines.

·       Support EKS/Kubernetes workloads, troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues, and assist with deployments.

·       Implement security, automation, cost optimization, documentation, incident resolution, and continuous platform improvements.
