We invest in our people, embrace innovation, and offer a workplace where flexibility, wellbeing and growth are more than just words – they're how we work.
Why You’ll Love This Role

You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Financial and Management Accounting
- Asset Accounting
- Rates and Debtor Management
- Procurement
- Internal Audit and Risk
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Financial analysis and data insights
- Month-end and year-end accounting processes
What You'll Be Doing
- As a Graduate Accountant, you will:
- Support day-to-day accounting activities including reconciliations, journals, accounts payable and receivable processing
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyse financial data and identify trends and anomalies using modern reporting tools and AI-enabled technologies
- Contribute to asset accounting, procurement, audit and risk management initiatives
- Build strong relationships across the organisation while providing professional support to internal stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing learning, mentoring, study and professional development opportunities
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a motivated and curious graduate who is eager to learn and build a successful career in accounting and finance.
To be successful, you will have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel
