The Role • Manage a defined territory, focusing on lead generation through cold calling, networking, and CRM utilization. • Develop and implement comprehensive account outsourcing strategies for commercial clients. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market. • Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs. • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly to drive engagement and new business. • Drive revenue growth and expand existing accounts through solution-based selling. What You'll Need • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. • Minimum 2 years of experience achieving or exceeding high sales quotas. • Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRM platforms. • Ability to travel across assigned geographic areas. • Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
