Care Manager (Part Time)

The care manager is responsible for coordinating and managing non-medical home care services to ensure clients receive exceptional, compassionate, and reliable care. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, families, caseworkers, and caregivers by coordinating schedules, maintaining care plans, addressing service concerns, and supporting daily agency operations. The care manager plays a vital role in promoting client satisfaction, caregiver engagement, and operational excellence.
