Location: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days per week in Portsmouth NH
On-call every 5 weeks for 1 entire week, 7x24 - $135.00 for the extra week will be paid. Rarely gets calls outside of normal business hours
Salary: 96K to 113K + 7% perf. bonus - Can get up to 130K for solid candidates. They would need to see resumes to justify going any higher than 130K

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer, with specific focus on M365, to play a key role in managing and advancing our client''s virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure. This position is responsible for maintaining critical systems that support business operations 24/7/365 while helping lead cloud migration efforts and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

This Senior Systems Engineer will have a strong focus on Entra/M365 and should have experience in conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, hybrid join.

This position is a full-time/permanent opportunity with our client. This position is a hybrid opportunity (onsite 2-3 days per week in Portsmouth NH) and has a rotating on-call shift (1 week every 5 weeks)

Required Skills 

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
MUST HAVE Strong experience with Entra/M365 and should have experience in conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, hybrid join.
Extensive experience administering VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments.
Experience managing virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices.
Experience with configuration management and change control processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
