The Role • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all plant technology, machinery, equipment, and systems. • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to resolve issues and minimize downtime. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance plant availability and productivity. • Support necessary conversions and expansions of production facilities. • Organize and execute projects related to maintenance and plant improvements. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or equivalent technical qualification. • Proven experience in production environments, specifically with process and PLC technology. • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word. • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • High level of performance, resilience, reliability, and responsibility.
