Founding Engineer (LLM and Shipping)

Client is building the autonomous workforce for healthcare supply chain.

Candidate with experience writing production code, hands-on shipping role within the past 12 months required.

Production experience with LLMs/agents (not just prompting; orchestration, state, evals, failure handling).

Comfortable in a small founding team environment reporting directly to the founder.

Public artifacts of agent work: GitHub repos, blog posts, talks, OSS contributions to LangGraph, DSPy,

Inspect, Anthropic SDK, etc.

Vertical AI background (healthcare, legal, insurance, finance) with messy unstructured data.

Experience evolving custom customer work into reusable platform primitives.

Has been the early/engineer at a previous startup.
