The Role • Provide holistic and individual nursing care, considering psychosocial needs and current nursing science and legal standards. • Accurately identify and assess patient needs, including life-threatening conditions, and initiate appropriate measures. • Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing processes (care planning). • Implement physician's orders and professionally relay relevant observations. • Perform and assist in therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. • Ensure comprehensive documentation of nursing care and adjust measures as needed. • Guide and train trainees and new employees. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent). • Excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. • Loyalty, commitment, and flexibility in performing duties. • A positive attitude towards interprofessional collaboration. • For international applicants: minimum B2 German language proficiency and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
