Our client is seeking an experienced Analysis Manager to join a major pensions transformation programme.

Working within an agile environment, you'll lead analysis activities across multiple squads, facilitate requirements gathering, shape solutions, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver key business change initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Analysis Manager/senior Business Analyst experience
• Essential: Workplace Pensions experience within Financial Services
• Strong agile delivery and workshop facilitation skills
• Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes
