The Role • Lead train operations safely and in compliance with all regulations. • Operate trains across the company's national network. • Ensure reliable communication with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Maintain punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform pre- and post-operation checks to guarantee service readiness. • Support operations on weekends and holidays according to flexible schedules. • Actively contribute to positive and professional passenger interactions. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Route knowledge (e.g., from Cologne) is advantageous. • A high degree of safety and responsibility awareness. • Strong communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Motivation to be part of a sustainable mobility shift.
