Lead IT Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead the evolution of our developer experience and delivery pipelines. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing the infrastructure that enables our engineering teams to ship high-quality code with speed and security.

The ideal candidate is an automation enthusiast with a deep background in CI/CD orchestration and cloud-native technologies, specifically within the AWS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Orchestration: Design, implement, and maintain scalable GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing, building, and deployment of microservices.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage and provision cloud resources on AWS using Terraform, ensuring environment consistency and scalability.

Container Management: Oversee containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/ECS, focusing on reliability and performance optimization.

Automation & Tooling: Develop custom scripts and tools using Python or Bash to eliminate manual tasks and improve system observability.

DevSecOps Integration: Embed security scanning and compliance checks directly into the delivery lifecycle.

Mentorship & Best Practices: Define standardized Git branching strategies and "Pipeline-as-Code" patterns for the broader engineering organization. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
