Your NewRole

Asthe Gym and Fitness Leader, you will lead the planning,development, and delivery of high-quality gym and group fitnessprograms, ensuring consistently high standards of instruction,supervision, and customer service. You will play a key role indriving membership growth and retention, enhancing the memberexperience, and contributing to the overall success of the club. Working closely with members and staff, you will help create asafe, inclusive, and motivating environment that encouragesparticipation, wellbeing, and long-term engagement. In addition todelivering fitness programs, you will contribute to programinnovation, support the development of fitness team members, andidentify opportunities to grow participation and strengthencommunity connection through fitness.

AboutYou

Youare an energetic and passionate fitness professional who enjoysmotivating others and creating positive fitness experiences. Youbring strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and acommitment to helping members achieve their health and wellbeinggoals.

• Hold a minimumCertificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQFqualification in a relevant area of practice (GEL qualificationis not accepted). Core units SISFFIT032, SISFFIT033,SISFFIT035, SISFFIT036 are required.
• Holds currentAUSactive registration
• Instructionalexperience in the relevant area of practice.
• Demonstratedexperience in the design, delivery and evaluation ofprograms
• Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate
  
• Hold (or ableto obtain before commencement) a QLD Working with ChildrenCheck (Blue Card)
