CAS Capability Lead - Learning & Transformation

IBAC invites applications for a Capability Lead, joining the Complaints and Assessments team in Melbourne on a full-time fixed-term basis to 30 June 2027. The role reports to the Project Manager CAS Transformation and will lead capability development, gap analysis and the adoption of effective practices and technologies across the division.

Candidates should have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, with demonstrated ability
