Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth within The Yorkshire construction market, we're looking to expand our Sheffield team with an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm White Collar Construction desk. You'll inherit established Tier 1 clients, existing live vacancies, and a busy desk with immediate billing potential.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage and develop an established White Collar Construction desk.
Build long-term relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key clients.
Source, interview, and place high-calibre White Collar Construction professionals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
Conduct client visits and attend meetings across your region.
Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a successful billing history.
Construction recruitment experience is preferred, although recruiters from other professional sectors will be considered.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings.
A passion for delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
