• Candidate needs to have 7+ years’ experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud or CX Cloud.
• Should have experience in Customer Portal in the past either custom developed customer portal or Oracle Commerce or iStore.
• Should have a good understanding on how customer collaboration will work in an environment where customers can see sales order status via customer portal.
• Places Orders via customer portal.
• View sales contracts via the portal.
• Collaborative product development with customer in the product development phase.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to run customer workshops with various business and IT stakeholders independently.
• Should have worked in Oracle Fusion for at least 3 years.
