Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Certified Business Architect. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Pega-based projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Design and implement Pega solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to present project updates, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega development and project management methodologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pega technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Pega Certified Business Architect principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Pega platform functionalities and capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of additional Pega certifications or related technologies.
- Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating strong customer service orientation.
