Get ready to dive into everything as we gear up for a major relaunch at the Caloundra Hotel! With a brand-new sports area and bar coming to life, we need energetic team players ready to roll up their sleeves across all areas of the venue!
A day in the life of a Bar and Gaming Attendant:
- Be the Face of the Caloundra Hotel: Connect with guests and make every visit to our brand-new sports area and bar unforgettable.
- Share Your Passion: Recommend the perfect meal or drink and bring the magic to our refreshed food and beverage offerings.
- All-Round Team Player: From bar and floor service to TAB, Keno, and gaming assistance, you're ready to jump in wherever you're needed with a great attitude.
- Keep Standards Sky-High: Deliver top-notch, fun customer service from the first pour to the final lock-up
About you:
- A genuine passion for pub culture, hospitality, and customer service.
- Hold a current Queensland RSA and RSG certificates.
- A positive, team-first attitude with flexible availability across weekends, nights, and key peak periods.
- Physical capability to handle active floor work, including standing, stock handling, and regular lifting.
- Willingness to learn all areas of the venue, work between gaming, food and bar roles.
