As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user interfaces and interactions that resonate with our users and work directly with our Founder. You will transform ideas and wireframes into visually stunning and user-friendly designs, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution. Your expertise in creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across mobile and desktop platforms will be crucial in shaping the future of our products. This is an onsite role based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Design of Product Concepts: Turn ideas and wireframes into engaging user interface graphics and interaction patterns.
• Conceptualize Original Ideas: Develop innovative designs that enhance simplicity and user-friendliness for complex interfaces.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams, effectively communicating visual design and interaction elements to engineers.
• Stay Updated: Perform competitive analysis and stay informed about recent developments within and outside the industry to continuously evolve our products.
• Create Flawless User Experiences: Design user experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally impeccable.
• Build Intuitive Designs: Develop easy-to-understand product explainers, guides, tutorials, and more to assist users.
• Create High-Quality Animations: Design animations that delight users and enhance their experience.
• Perform User Acceptance Tests: Define feature lists, conduct user acceptance tests, and develop user personas based on scenarios of user and interaction models.
• Influence Product Development: Use your product design expertise to influence what and how we build, ensuring high standards of design are maintained.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-6 years of experience working on native mobile products, delivering great experiences across mobile (Android) and desktop platforms.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline such as Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or Interface Design.
• Portfolio: A digital portfolio that showcases your stunning conceptual and creative thinking skills, along with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, UI design, and layout principles.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Sketch, InVision, Keynote, and Adobe XD, and the ability to adapt to different tools as needed.
• Design Skills: Proven track record in creating and improving wireframes, prototypes, and style guides, advancing concepts from low-fidelity to high-fidelity designs.
• Visual Styles: Demonstrated ability to define visual styles for both web and mobile devices.
