Job Description
Role: Oracle WMS
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Long term contract
- As an Oracle WMS Cloud Lead, you will design, configure, and deliver innovative warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS. You will lead functional design, drive client workshops, and guide project teams through end to end implementations.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Leading requirements gathering sessions, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS.
- Designing inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross dock workflows tailored to client needs.
- Translating business requirements into Oracle WMS functional specifications and integration designs.
- Conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT, and solution validation activities.
- Overseeing data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning related to warehouse operations.
- Providing guidance to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client SMEs.
- Creating project documentation including BRDs, functional designs, SOPs, and training material.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams (OTM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Integration teams).
- Ensuring Oracle Cloud WMS best practices are applied across all functional areas.
- Supporting post go live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement.
