Field Service Team Leader

• Provide guidance, define team goals and tasks, mentor, and coach Service Technicians
• Lead technicians providing installation, repair, and fix services across dental market segments
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy
• Perform field service duties for customers while leading the team
• Manage customer issues, including escalation and resolution
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Enhance service delivery and contribute to the success of the organisation
• Develop the team and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience within a technical field service environment
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pronto, or similar systems
• Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
• Valid/current driver's licence
• Electrical/Electronic qualification (desirable)
• Project Management qualification (desirable)
• Dental industry experience highly regarded
