Central to this role is providing carriers with performance analytics and feedback whilst identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.

The Role
  • Ensure that the Carrier Management-related components of the broking strategy are delivered, always aligning to our core principle of acting in the best interests of our original clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of contractually committed services to carriers as set out in our Carrier Services Agreements, coordinating and collaborating with global teams where appropriate.

  • Play a key role in shaping and evolving the Carrier Management value proposition, while driving innovation in products, services, and propositions more broadly.
  • Assist with sales activities related to Carrier Services Agreements, including new opportunities and renewals of existing agreements.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability, demonstrated through experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, data, or another analytically driven field.
  • Understanding of broking and/or underwriting processes, or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge, applying it confidently within an analytical and commercial context.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance market or hands on experience with data, analytical tools, and frameworks, with the ability to quickly develop domain understanding where required.
  • Ability to analyse complex client, market, and technical issues, applying structured thinking and insight to identify practical, value adding solutions.
  • Proven capability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights, tailored to different audiences across broking teams, carriers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective working relationships across cross functional teams, with the ability to align stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives, delivering to timeframes, and balancing competing demands.
  • Confidence working with both structured and unstructured data, including interpreting results to inform recommendations, decisions, and strategic direction.
  • A self starter mindset with intellectual curiosity, able to work independently, think creatively, and remain effective under pressure.
  • Ability to integrate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute beyond formal responsibilities to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Experience across portfolios, facilities, panels, or comparable analytical constructs would be advantageous but is not essential.
