Team Assistant / Office Support Administrator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Perth CBD Up to $80,000 + Super Hybrid Working Available

Our client is a well-established and growing recruitment firm based in Perth CBD, seeking an experienced Team Assistant / OfficeSupport Administrator to become the operational backbone of their office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and executive-level support experience who enjoys variety, taking ownership, and being involved in company events and culture initiatives. Recruitment experience is not required.

The Opportunity

Working within a collaborative and energetic team, you'll provide approximately 60% support to Directors and 40% support to the wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

You'll work closely with interstate administrative support teams and enjoy a culture that values teamwork, recognition, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities - Executive & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to Directors and the wider team
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries, and internal team activities
  • Arrange restaurant bookings, meeting refreshments, and coffee orders
  • Manage pricing documentation and general business administration
  • Prepare and amend documents using DocuSign
  • Format and prepare candidate CVs and client-facing documentation
  • Assist with reporting, correspondence, and ad hoc administration
Events & Culture
  • Coordinate corporate events, networking functions, and team initiatives
  • Organise three networking events per quarter
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly incentive activities
  • Arrange and participate in annual company trips and events
  • Support internal engagement activities and team culture initiatives
Recruitment Administration
  • Assist with reference checking when consultants are particularly busy
  • Provide general recruitment administration support as required
  • Learn recruitment systems and processes with full training provided
About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys supporting busy professionals.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in a senior administration, executive support, office management, or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and document formatting ability
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, can do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office and digital administration tools
Please note

This is not an Executive Assistant role. While you'll support Directors, the focus is on broader business and team administration within a collaborative office environment.
