Are you a seasoned talent matchmaker looking for your next fully remote challenge? We are partnering with a large global manufacturer to help them find a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted talent advisor, and proactively sourcing high-quality talent across commercial business functions.
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Pay: 25.00- 30.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various commercial roles and business functions.
Partnering with HR stakeholders and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and build appropriate sourcing strategies.
Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines while managing multiple priorities and vacancies simultaneously.
Providing recruitment insights via reporting, metrics, and data analysis.
Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across different organisational levels.
Delivering a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
What we are looking for in you:
Previous full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate environment, life sciences, or healthcare.
Experience recruiting across multiple job families and business functions.
Strong direct sourcing skills, incorporating Boolean search techniques.
Experience working with CRM platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience utilising recruitment data and metrics to support decision-making.
