This is a rare opportunity to inherit a consistent flow of warm introductions whilst building a high-quality client bank through strong relationships with an established network of local offices and their loyal customer base. Rather than spending your time cold prospecting, you'll focus on what you do best-providing high-quality financial planning advice and developing long-term client relationships.
Working closely with one to three local offices, you'll receive a regular stream of pre-qualified client introductions, allowing you to build a sustainable and highly valuable portfolio over time.
The role will involve:
- Delivering holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
- Managing and developing your own client portfolio.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
- Meeting clients face-to-face across the Cambridgeshire region.
- Attending local networking events and community functions.
- Working alongside dedicated paraplanning and administrative support, allowing you to focus on advice and client service.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Financial Planner who enjoys relationship-led advice, values exceptional client outcomes and is looking to build a long-term career within a highly respected organisation.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS, DipFA or equivalent).
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
- Experience providing regulated financial planning advice.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A client-first approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Package:
- £50,000-£75,000 basic salary.
- Realistic OTE of £130,000+.
- £5,500 car allowance.
- Bonus of up to 5%.
- Pension contributions of up to 20%.
- Comprehensive flexible benefits package.
- Home-based role with travel across the Cambridgeshire region.
- Excellent paraplanning and administrative support.
- Warm client introductions with no cold business development.
- Genuine opportunity to build a high-quality, long-term client bank within a well-established and growing organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Financial Planner seeking a client-focused role with outstanding earning potential, excellent support and genuine long-term career prospects.
