Job Description

Role Overview

This is a high-impact strategic role designed for a finance professional to support the

Investor Relations (IR) function at IKS Health. The candidate will initially act as the

primary support lead for IR activities, with a structured career path to transition into

leading the IR function within 2-3 years.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Communication & Analysis

Earnings Management: Prepare and coordinate quarterly earnings calls, ensuring

accurate financial disclosures and messaging aligned with company strategy.

Investor Collateral: Draft and release timely financial press releases, investor

presentations, and fact sheets to communicate key developments.

Analyst Management: Independently manage requests for information from rating

agencies and analysts, facilitating interactions with top management.


Benchmarking: Monitor industry peers and competitors to benchmark

financial/operational performance and market positioning.

Strategic Engagement

Investor Relations Plan: Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive IR

plan, serving as a key point of contact for the investment community.

Stakeholder Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with institutional

investors and equity analysts to understand their investment priorities and

concerns.

Shareholding Analysis: Track and analyze the company's shareholding pattern,

presenting significant actions by major shareholders to executive leadership.

MarketIntelligence: Stay informed on macroeconomic trends and regulatory

changes (e.g., SEBI/RBI guidelines) that may impact investor sentiment.

Strategic Planning Support

Executive Decision Support: Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support

the CFO and CEO on corporate communications and long-term planning.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Legal, Finance, and Marketing

departments to ensure consistent messaging and gather necessary data for

disclosures.


Candidate Requirements

Education: CA/CFA

Experience: 4-7 years of work experience, with a focus on Investment Banking,

Investor Relations, or Corporate Finance roles.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, MS Office (Excel &

PowerPoint), and experience analyzing financial statements. Google sheets is an

added advantage.

Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present

complex financial data to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
