The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio operation. • Manage all aspects of business, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Drive team leadership, motivation, and employee development. • Implement local marketing strategies and member acquisition initiatives. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and execute brand and quality standards.
