Experienced ETF Operations Officer – Asset Management - CassonX

Regardless if you have been in Operations for 3 years or 30 years, to be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has a couple of years supporting ETFs in an Operational environment, with preference to those working in an Asset Management, Fund Admin, or Custody environment. This role requires someone wh0 has seen a couple of years directly supporting the full ETF trade lifecycles, dealing with mismatches in the market and close of business processes, NAV support and production, but also familiar with working with senior stakeholders and conversing with ManCo’s, Fund Admins, Market Makers, and Authorised Parties. As this is a new function, they would appreciate experience of someone who has worked on enhancements, process improvements and generally efficiency gains in Operations teams.

In return, you will be given opportunity to work in a brand new function for this amazing company. Supporting both EU and US ETFs which already has in excess of $1.5bn AUM, as whilst they continue to drive it’s growth and investment, you will be part of a small team making Operations work for them and supporting the trade lifecycles. You will provide full fund administration, supporting transactions and their cash/securities movements, and liaise with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and administrators to investigate and resolve all types of breaks.
