Job Posting: Oracle Solutions Architect Manager
  • Location: Washington, DC 20005 (Hybrid: 2–3 days on-site)
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Pay Rate: $115.00 - $118.50/hr on W2
Job Summary
The Oracle Solutions Architect Manager serves as the primary technical and functional design authority for the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 platform. You will lead end-to-end application architecture, integration strategies, modernization roadmaps, and cross-module governance, while partnering with executive leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Architecture & Design: Own overall solution architecture for EBS R12, defining cross-module design patterns (P2P, O2C, B2R, GL/PA/FA flows) and leading design authority reviews for all RICEW objects and enhancements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, functional leads, and senior developers across Financials, Procurement, Projects, and technical domains.
  • Integration Strategy: Oversee integration architecture involving OIC, APIs, FBDI, custom staging tables, and real-time services in alignment with hosting and security standards.
  • Lifecycle & Patching: Direct planning and execution for R12.2 online patching (ADOP) cycles, ensuring custom code and bolt-ons comply with EBR/ADOP technical requirements.
  • Security & Governance: Partner with GRC and Finance teams to govern role design, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and compliance frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the senior technical liaison to executive leadership for roadmap planning, ERP modernization initiatives, and architecture reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience, with 5+ years in architecture or solution-design leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in EBS R12 architecture, including ADOP, EBR, and cross-module dependencies.
  • Strong background in integration design using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and staging frameworks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Financials, Procurement, Projects, and associated data models.
  • Proven ability to lead ERP modernization or cloud-migration initiatives and translate complex architectural concepts to executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering EBS modernization within OCI environments.
  • Familiarity with API Gateway, CI/CD pipelines for integrations, and cloud-native observability.
  • Professional certifications (TOGAF, PMP, or Oracle Cloud)
