The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical-operational matters, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Advise and serve customers from order intake to vehicle handover with exceptional service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, oversee inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are maintained.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the necessary proficiency examination or already hold the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in computer use and administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team, fostering trust and partnership.
