About the Role

Elevance Health is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join its Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) Transformation Office. This is a 2-year remote contract with the potential to extend up to 4 years, supporting enterprise-wide data modernization, application development, and digital transformation initiatives across one of the largest health insurers in the U.S.

What You''ll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of data transformation, migration, and integration projects
Manage homegrown and custom application development initiatives across the full SDLC
Support member-facing web and mobile application programs, including AI-enhanced features
Drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, including sprint planning, backlog management, and PI Planning
Identify and manage risks across all project phases — from requirements through production deployment
Communicate project status, business value, and technical execution to stakeholders at all levels

What You Bring

Full SDLC ownership — requirements gathering through production deployment
Strong application development project experience, including custom/homegrown solutions
Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including dependency management and cross-functional coordination
Ability to speak to both business value and technical execution of your projects
Experience managing risks across requirements, development, testing, and deployment phases

Preferred Background

Enterprise healthcare organizations
Snowflake, Enterprise Data Warehouses, or big data platforms
Data migration, transformation, and integration projects
AI/ML initiatives
Homegrown and custom application environments
