Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong Agile/SAFe delivery experience to lead enterprise software development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring successful project delivery while driving Agile best practices, SDLC governance, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and experience managing cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development and infrastructure projects using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with technical leads, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Ensure SDLC compliance from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Promote continuous improvement, process optimization, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Framework and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional software development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
• Experience tracking KPIs, sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery metrics.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working in enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Background in software engineering or technical development.
• Experience in cloud, DevOps, or enterprise application delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise software delivery programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while driving successful project outcomes.
