We're looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. If you're passionate about building scalable applications, streamlining workflows, and delivering quality platform solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Work closely with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure all configurations and customisations follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Perform unit testing and support system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration artefacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow development standards and practices.

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience configuring Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and forms.
• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
• Good understanding of ITSM modules and the ServiceNow data model.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CIS are highly regarded.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
