The Role • Provide attentive and engaging service to residents and guests with professionalism and warmth. • Execute general service duties to ensure a high standard of resident experience. • Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events and activities. • Ensure adherence to cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in restaurant services OR several years of relevant professional experience in gastronomy. • A friendly and dedicated approach with a passion for working with people. • Strong service and quality orientation, with an understanding of resident and guest needs. • Good command of the German language.
