Job Title: IT Data Analyst & Support Specialist

Must Haves:

• 1 2 years of technical/help desk support experience


• Outstanding communication skills friendly, approachable, "human first, IT second"


• Power BI experience High Priority


• SQL experience must be able to restore and run queries against on-prem databases, not just access them High Priority


• Comfort being highly visible and customer/employee-facing in a walk-up support environment


• Flexibility on exact mix of help desk vs. data experience, if communication and personality are strong
