The Role • Fabricate custom furniture, built-ins, and interior finishes according to drawings and specifications. • Proficiently process wood and wood-based materials, including cutting, milling, drilling, and sanding. • Assemble furniture, built-ins, and interior finishes both in the workshop and at client locations. • Perform surface treatments such as sanding, oiling, and lacquering, commensurate with qualifications. • Conduct dimensional checks, quality control, and post-processing of manufactured components. • Contribute to unique client projects and custom-made creations. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Tischler, Schreiner, or equivalent qualification. • Several years of professional experience in furniture construction or interior finishing is desirable. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, measurements, and technical documents. • Strong manual dexterity, a keen eye for precision, and a commitment to clean workmanship. • Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team. • Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. • German language proficiency for understanding work instructions and documentation.
