Dynamics 365 Team Lead: Deliver, Optimize & Drive Adoption

BDO International Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead for Dynamics 365 to own delivery, enable adoption and drive continuous improvement across the platform. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to ensure reliability, security and measurable business value.

You will lead discovery sessions, map processes and translate business needs into practical CRM solutions while mentoring a junior member of the team. This role emphasises governance, best practice and governance alignment.
