SAP Master Data Governance Analyst -- 100% Remote -- Only W2 ( IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW)

Role : SAP Data Governance Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Documentation

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, business rules, and master data documentation.
• Develop end-to-end process flows covering activities, systems, integrations, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across upstream and downstream systems.

SAP & E2E Process Support

• Support master data processes across SAP and integrated applications.
• Understand how master data moves across systems throughout the E2E lifecycle.
• Partner with SAP functional teams to validate requirements, process sequencing, dependencies, and system impacts.
• Analyze SAP master data objects, fields, business rules, and functional requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize end-to-end processes.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, data governance teams, and solution architects.
• Facilitate and participate in requirements and process-review sessions.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and open decisions.
• Communicate project progress and escalate risks or blockers when needed.

Qualifications

·       2–5 years of experience with SAP, preferably supporting master data or E2E business

processes.

·       Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

·       Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries, process flows, business rules,

and functional documentation.

·       Understanding of SAP master data concepts and E2E process dependencies.

·       Ability to understand how data and processes flow across multiple systems.

·       Experience supporting testing cycles (BST, UAT).

·       Experience with workflow/orchestration tools or platforms such as SAP MDG, Syniti

(SWFT), Cignon, SAP BTP, or similar solutions is preferred.

·       Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Jira is preferred.

·       Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work across business and technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
