We are looking for a Security Awareness & Compliance Analyst to manage and elevate our enterprise security awareness and phishing simulation programs.

 

 Location: Harrisburg, PA

 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote)

 

Interview Process: 100% Virtual

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and expand the enterprise Security Awareness Program.

 

• Plan, execute, and analyze phishing simulation campaigns.

 

• Create engaging, user-friendly security communications and educational materials.

 

• Track program metrics, identify threat trends, and recommend security improvements.

 

• Maintain documentation and records for audit and regulatory compliance.
