ServiceNow Administrator

Role Summary

This position supports the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. The role serves as a primary technical resource for platform stability, performance, configuration, and operational support. This position works independently within a collaborative team environment and partners with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform ServiceNow administration activities to support platform availability, stability, and performance.
• Configure and support ServiceNow environments and contribute to platform enhancement initiatives.
• Manage user access, roles, groups, permissions, and system properties within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support platform applications and coordinate with stakeholders to address operational and business requirements.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine maintenance activities.
• Support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MID Servers and integrations.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to improve processes, efficiency, and platform utilization.
• Support platform upgrades, changes, and deployments in accordance with established change management procedures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to platform configurations, operational procedures, support activities, and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ServiceNow administration experience supporting multiple environments.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting MID Servers, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to platform, application, and integration issues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust determination.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability for an initial six-month assignment with the potential for extension or conversion based on business needs.

Publishing Pay Range: $54.00 - $58.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
