The roleWe are looking for a Programme Coordinator to support the development and delivery of our work. Working closely with the Senior Learning Managers responsible for Ada Computer Science, the UK Bebras Challenge and the Certificate in Applied Computing, you will help shape, improve, and deliver products that reach learners across the UK. You will also support the planning and delivery of events that showcase and celebrate these programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and is passionate about expanding access to meaningful computing education and opportunities for young people.
Ada Computer Science is a research-led online learning platform for students and teachers, developed in partnership with the University of Cambridge. It includes over 1,200 self-marking questions that provide formative feedback to support students on their learning journeys. The UK Bebras Challenge is a free annual computing and computational thinking competition for young people aged 6-19, and in 2025 over half a million young people took part. The Certificate in Applied Computing is a programme designed for learners aged 14-19 to develop practical digital and computing skills for further study and employment.
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who can bring structure to complex projects and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data and systems, and have a keen eye for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities- Coordinate activities and provide administrative support to the UK & Ireland team to ensure the effective delivery of agreed priorities and project milestones.
- Organise internal and external meetings, including scheduling, distributing agendas and papers, taking minutes, and following up on agreed actions.
- Support managers by ensuring timely access to relevant management information, including project status updates.
- Support the processes through which the team collects and analyses user feedback, product usage data, and other relevant data to drive improvement - including collating and presenting reports.
- Conduct pre-publication checks on new content and maintain product-specific publication standards.
- Support testing activities for regular product releases, including carrying out regression testing in partnership with our partners at the University of Cambridge.
- Support the planning and delivery of product-related events, including demos for teachers, student engagement activities, and focus group meetings.
- Help ensure that the team is effectively using the Foundation's business systems, processes, project management tools, and productivity tools.
- Provide user support and verification across learning products, addressing user queries and ensuring data accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to travel in the UK.

- A highly organised approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross functional teams, including delivery partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in project administration, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and tracking progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to a non technical audience.
- Ability to analyse and present data to support decision making.
- Confident in using a wide range of digital tools, including spreadsheets, project management software, and communication platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new and bespoke systems
