Senior Insurtech Applications Support Specialist

Steadfast Group is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support for insurtech platforms used across the broker network. You will investigate complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with product, development and insurer partners.

You will leverage SQL, data analysis and API integrations to ensure smooth operations, mentor Level 1 staff and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
