Job Title : Technology Operations Analyst

Location: Birmingham, Uk (Hybrid- 3 days in office )


Role Summary:

Operate patch governance processes, KPI reporting and audit remediation.


Key Responsibilities


• Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.

• Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and validation activities.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.

• Support governance, reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement.

• Implement automation and operational best practices where applicable.


Required Experience - 9+ years


Technical Skills - ITIL, Governance, Patch Management, Risk Management


Preferred Skills

Enterprise-scale operations experience, stakeholder management, automation mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
