Founding Product Engineer

About the Role

This is a founding-level product engineering role at an AI-native B2B SaaS company building the intelligence layer for strategic procurement. You'll work across the full stack — frontend, backend, and LLM integrations — shipping features end-to-end for enterprise customers who are actively pulling for more. The work is fast-paced, high-ownership, and directly shapes how AI agents and procurement professionals interact at scale.

What You'll Do

• Prototype, build, and ship full-stack features across UI, backend services, and LLM/agent pipelines.

• Design and refine prompts, agent workflows, and LLM integrations to power sophisticated procurement experiences.

• Translate real user feedback and behaviour into product improvements, working closely with enterprise customers.

• Own features end-to-end — from UX and interaction design through backend logic to prompt engineering.

• Iterate rapidly, using AI tooling as a natural part of your development workflow.

• Turn complex agent pipelines into experiences that feel simple and intuitive to end users.

What We're Looking For

• 1–10 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong fullstack TypeScript skills across frontend and backend.

• Demonstrated ability to work with LLMs — prompting, tuning, and integrating them into real products (side projects and hackathons count).

• Strong product instincts and a genuine drive to put things in front of users and iterate on what you learn.

• High agency, outcome-driven mindset — you find a way forward without waiting for permission.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving fast without a playbook.

• Excited to work in-person with a tight-knit team in Berlin.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €90,000 – €140,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be eligible to work in Germany independently.

On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires physical presence; remote work is not available.
