Job description:

The contractor with 10+ years of experience will be expected to operate at a manger level.  

They would need to be located with NYC area and need to be in office 3 days a week.

 

We are looking to gather and organize the content from our department:  Finance Data Governance, and then create a detailed training class that we can offer to Amex as a whole.  This FDG 101 class will educate our stakeholders on how we operate and we apply our internal policies (AEMP 70 & 79) to our work.  We need someone skilled in taking these organized materials and converting them into a 60 min training session.   We also will need assistance in creating shorter session trainings that we can share, for example 5 min sound bytes, or a quick video on  “What is a Critical Data Element.”

 

This contractor needs to have experience in creating and delivering training materials across various platforms:  online class, short video clips, email bulletins, etc.

 

Here are the required skills:

Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials, presentations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids for diverse audiences.

Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions using adult learning principles to drive knowledge retention and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure training and documentation accuracy.

Analyze business processes and document workflows to create clear, standardized procedures that support operational consistency and compliance.

Manage multiple training and documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives, updating learning content and procedures as business needs evolve.
