Technical Programme Manager - SC Cleared We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead delivery across a large-scale, technically complex transformation programme.

This is a predominantly waterfall delivery environment involving multiple technical workstreams, complex dependencies and a broad stakeholder group spanning architecture, engineering, infrastructure, security and third-party suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing Owning and maintaining the integrated programme plan across multiple technical workstreams<br />Managing complex risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and critical paths<br />Working closely with architects and engineers to translate technical activity into clear, achievable delivery plans<br />Coordinating multiple technical teams and third-party suppliers<br />Challenging assumptions, dates and dependencies to ensure delivery plans remain realistic and achievable<br />Managing senior and technical stakeholders, including navigating difficult or conflicting viewpoints<br />Providing clear governance, reporting and escalation across the programme<br />Overseeing complex technical change, migration and transition activity<br />Ensuring risks and blockers are identified, managed and escalated appropriately What We're Looking For Strong experience delivering large-scale technical infrastructure or systems transformation programmes<br />Significant experience working within waterfall / traditional programme delivery environments<br />Experience delivering complex migration, modernisation or technology transformation programmes<br />Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills<br />A strong track record of managing RAID, dependencies, milestones and critical paths<br />Comfortable working closely with highly technical stakeholders and able to understand and translate technical discussions into delivery activity<br />Experience within government, regulated or security-sensitive environments is highly desirable<br />Active SC clearance is essential
