Job Title: Copilot Studio Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC OR Pennington, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 day oniste)
Client Industry: Financial Services/Banking
Duration: 18-24 months contract to hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM Local time
About the Role:
We are hiring a MS Copilot Studio Specialist to join our client s Global Technology team. You ll help drive enterprise adoption of Copilot Studio by building AI agents, automations, and integrations while ensuring alignment with AI governance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents and workflows.
- Develop integrations using APIs, MS/custom connectors, and MCP.
- Optimize agents using prompt engineering.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Support Power Platform administration, monitoring, and CI/CD deployments.
- Partner with business teams to identify use cases and drive Copilot adoption.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Monitor usage and adoption and provide insights to leadership.
- Maintain documentation and share Copilot best practices across the organization.
What We re Looking For:
- 10+ years of technical experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and MS 365.
- Experience with REST APIs, MCP, connectors, integrations, and enterprise data sources.
- Strong prompt engineering and AI agent development skills.
- Experience with Power Platform CI/CD and enterprise technical support.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, training, and adoption skills.
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA/Macros, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- MS certifications in Power Platform, M365, or AI are a plus.
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $70 $73 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
